一、概述

拍门 属止回阀类产品，靠介质压力开启门板，板靠门板自重实现关闭密封。该产品是我厂自行研制开发出来的产品。该产品以Q/TF-B2771本公司技术标准为 准；该产品按GB/T13927试验要求进行；设备公称压力（PN）：0.25-1.6Mpa；公称通径（DN）：200-2000mm。

二、用途

拍门 适用于给排水及污水处理工程的各种管道和水渠道作溢流、止回之用，亦可用作各种竖井井盖，它仅用于单向水流的圆形出水口。

三、类型

拍门 分为配重式和浮箱式两种，其中配重式 拍门 又分前挂配重式和附件配重式。 拍门 的结构简图见图1、2、3。

四、结构特点：

拍门 具有流道正向单向开启和反向关闭的作用。配重式 拍门 借助于配重的平衡作用，在水流的作用下使门页自动开启或关闭，或稍加外力作用使门页开启或关闭；浮箱式 拍门 则利用门页在水中的浮力，在水流的作用下使门页开启或关闭。

（2） 门页的开启需要借助配重的平衡；

（3） 门页关闭时，冲击力较大，易损坏门座。

2、浮箱式拍门的优点、缺点；

（1） 门座结构与配重拍门相同，门页为密封腔体结构，门页比重为1.2-1.5；

（2） 无需悬挂配置配重；

（3） 门页关闭时冲击力小。

五、拍门 的安装使用

1、 拍门 安装可与法兰连接，可预埋，也可永插；

2、 配重 拍门 使用时，如果正向水力不足，不能开启门页，可根据安装位置需要设置不等重量的配重装置；

3、 浮箱 拍门 在使用过程中，可通过向门页密封腔体内注水或放水的方法改变门页的比重，以达到最佳开启效果。

4、 多台 拍门 安装时，如因起吊条件限制需分号安装，应注意标注标记，因每台拍门的门座和门页连接属偶配，不能互换。

5、 穿墙管安装轴线与水平方向的夹角a应大于或等于零度.

6、 拍门安装后，门座与门页间有3mm左右的间隙属正常现象，当门页承受一定的反向压力时，间隙会减少以致消失。
