一、概述:

拍门 具有流道正向单向开启和反向关闭的作用。配重式 拍门 借助于配重的平衡作用,在水流的作用下使门页自动开启或关闭,或稍加外力作用使门页开启或关闭;浮箱式 拍门 则利用门页在水中的浮力,在水流的作用下使门页开启或关闭。

二、详细说明:

一、概述

拍门 属止回阀类产品,靠介质压力开启门板,板靠门板自重实现关闭密封。该产品是我厂自行研制开发出来的产品。该产品以Q/TF-B2771本公司技术标准为 准;该产品按GB/T13927试验要求进行;设备公称压力(PN):0.25-1.6Mpa;公称通径(DN):200-2000mm。

二、用途

拍门 适用于给排水及污水处理工程的各种管道和水渠道作溢流、止回之用,亦可用作各种竖井井盖,它仅用于单向水流的圆形出水口。

三、类型

拍门 分为配重式和浮箱式两种,其中配重式 拍门 又分前挂配重式和附件配重式。 拍门 的结构简图见图1、2、3。

四、结构特点:

拍门 具有流道正向单向开启和反向关闭的作用。配重式 拍门 借助于配重的平衡作用,在水流的作用下使门页自动开启或关闭,或稍加外力作用使门页开启或关闭;浮箱式 拍门 则利用门页在水中的浮力,在水流的作用下使门页开启或关闭。

1、配重式 拍门 的优、缺点;

(1) 结构简单、工作可靠;

(2) 门页的开启需要借助配重的平衡;

(3) 门页关闭时,冲击力较大,易损坏门座。

2、浮箱式拍门的优点、缺点;

(1) 门座结构与配重拍门相同,门页为密封腔体结构,门页比重为1.2-1.5;

(2) 无需悬挂配置配重;

(3) 门页关闭时冲击力小。

五、拍门 的安装使用

1、 拍门 安装可与法兰连接,可预埋,也可永插;

2、 配重 拍门 使用时,如果正向水力不足,不能开启门页,可根据安装位置需要设置不等重量的配重装置;

3、 浮箱 拍门 在使用过程中,可通过向门页密封腔体内注水或放水的方法改变门页的比重,以达到最佳开启效果。

4、 多台 拍门 安装时,如因起吊条件限制需分号安装,应注意标注标记,因每台拍门的门座和门页连接属偶配,不能互换。

5、 穿墙管安装轴线与水平方向的夹角a应大于或等于零度.

6、 拍门安装后,门座与门页间有3mm左右的间隙属正常现象,当门页承受一定的反向压力时,间隙会减少以致消失。

Fifth, the installation and use of patting doors 1. The installation of patting doors can be connected with flanges, which can be buried or inserted permanently; 2. When using the counterweight patting doors, if the forward hydraulic force is insufficient and the door page cannot be opened, the counterweight devices of different weights can be set according to the installation location; 3. During the use of the float patting doors, the counterweight devices of different weights can be set through the door page. The method of injecting or discharging water into the sealing chamber changes the proportion of door pages to achieve the best opening effect. 4. When installing multiple patting doors, if the semicolon installation is required due to the limitation of lifting conditions, attention should be paid to marking, because the connection between the door seat and the door page of each patting door is a spouse and cannot be exchanged. 5. After the door is installed, the gap between the door seat and the door page is about 3 mm. When the door page is under certain reverse pressure, the gap will decrease and disappear.
