复合材料拍门用途 ：

拍门适用于给排水及污水处理工程的各种管道和水渠道作溢流、止回之用，亦可用作各种竖井井盖，它仅用于单向水流的出水口。

复合材料拍门的安装使用及注意事项：

1、拍门安装可与法兰连接，可与预埋板焊接，或二次浇注。

2、浮箱拍门在使用过程中，可通过向门页密封腔体内注水或放水的方法改变门页的比重，以达到最佳开启效果。

3、拍门安装后，门座与门页间有3mm左右的间隙属正常现象，当门页承受一定的反向压力时，间隙会减少以致消失。

4、拍门在使用过程中应保持其流道、密封圈不被石块、树枝等杂物卡堵，从而影响密封效果。

5、经常清理拍门下方沉砂池内的积物，保持拍门支耳孔、铰轴润滑良好，开启灵活。

Composite Material Flapping Door Uses: Flapping Door is suitable for various pipelines and water channels of water supply and drainage and sewage treatment projects for overflow and check, and also for various shaft covers. It is only used for outlets of unidirectional flow. Installation, use and precautions of composite clap door: 1. The clap door installation can be connected with flange, welded with embedded plate, or secondary pouring. 2. Clean up the sediment in the sand sink under the clap door regularly, keep the ear hole and hinge shaft of the clap door lubricated well and open flexibly. Flapping doors are suitable for various pipelines and canals in water supply, drainage and sewage treatment projects as overflow and check functions. It has good sealing performance and no manual operation is needed.  Fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) door is only used for circular and square outlets of one-way flow. It is tightly structured and reliable. It does not need manpower to operate the opening and closing force from the water source pressure. When the water pressure inside the FRP door is greater than the outside pressure of the door, it opens; otherwise, it closes.
